Once we collect your basic details. ie, contact number (with an alternate number ) and email address, we will workout the solution for you. The turn around time taken for solution will depend on the intensity of research necessary.

- If your computer boots up and can connect to the network we could remote log-in to your computer to check for issues.( currently we support only Windows XP / Vista / 7 )

What do you get from us ? / How do you benefit from our service ?

2. As we're in the development stage, there is only a basic fixed charge per solution. ( your card will be charged only after issue resolution )
3. We dont ask you to pre-pay. Rather pay after you get the solution. Isn't that fair ? This is also because we believe that by now you are aware of the tedious efforts we have put in for your benefit.
4. We are not going to sell you any product , Its just providing you with the support you need.
5. If the soution includes a part replacement (onsite visit / carryin to a repair centre, etc.) you will not be charged anything at all by our remote support team. 'Remember , We are a remote support team'.

The charge for support per instance is 20 USD, However we are starting off with an introductory offer.
